Welcome to Kelly Permanent Beauty! I am a Lash and Permanent Makeup Artist, Skincare Specialist and Educator based in South East London.

I have been in the beauty industry since 2012 doing nail services and then became a certified lash technician in 2016 and did further training in becoming a permanent make up artist in 2018 and in 2021, I became an accredited educator.
